Strictly prohibits drivers from stopping, standing, or parking a vehicle in specific restricted areas—such as intersections, crosswalks, sidewalks, red zones, and in front of driveways. This covers parallel parking law, disable parking violations, fire hydrant parking, unattended motor vehicles. This also covers vehicles cannot be parked continuously at one location on any public roadway for more than 72 hours. The Office of The Sheriff/The Hartwell County Sheriff’s Department or Briarmont Civil Authority or a contracted towing company has the power to remove/tow/wreck vehicles and liens maybe placed per California Vehicle Code.
