Non-Academic Deans & Administration
Not every part of Oakridge College is organized through classrooms, departments, and faculty ranks. The college also maintains a non-academic administrative structure responsible for student life, residential conduct, campus activities, student organizations, athletics, and the systems that support students outside formal coursework.
This section includes offices and bodies connected to the daily life of the college beyond academics. These may include the Dean of Student Life and Housing, the Disciplinary Committee, Student Council, clubs, athletics, residence life, student conduct, and other campus-facing structures. Their work helps define how students live, gather, organize, compete, resolve conflicts, and participate in Oakridge as a community rather than only as a place of study.
While these offices do not control academic curriculum, they still carry real institutional authority. They support student welfare, oversee conduct expectations, coordinate campus activities, and help maintain the standards of behavior expected within Oakridge College. Together, they form the administrative side of student experience: the part of the college that begins after class ends, but still shapes whether the institution functions.
