BRM § 102 – Ashton Residence Historical
The Ashton Residence, located at 10 Oakridge Drive, in Ashenfall District, is hereby declared a historical landmark due to its connections to one of the prominent founding families of Hartwell County/Briarmont Township.
This historical building is currently The Oakridge College Residence Hall Dorm Rooms and us currently owned and maintained by Oakridge College, whose administrative building is the old Hartwell Manor which is located at 11 Oakridge Drive.
Any motion to change this status requires full unanimous vote from Oakridge College President, the Mayor of Briarmont Township, and its Town Council to demolish, remove, alter this structure from its original or maintained state.
